ProBuild Names John O’Loughlin
Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Denver, CO, June 18, 2007 — ProBuild Holdings Inc., the nation’s largest professional building materials supplier, today announced the appointment of John O’Loughlin as senior vice president of human resources. O’Loughlin has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and will lead the function for ProBuild.

“We are thrilled to welcome such a highly experienced professional to ProBuild’s senior leadership team,” said Paul W. Hylbert, ProBuild’s chief executive officer. “John will be instrumental in ensuring that ProBuild continues to attract and retain the most talented individuals to our organization. Reporting directly to me, his immediate focus will be to enhance our currently strong HR team and managing the alignment of that team to ProBuild strategies.”

Previously, O’Loughlin served as senior vice president of human resources at Corporate Express Inc., a $6 billion subsidiary of a Denver-based Dutch office products supplier. Prior to Corporate Express, O’Loughlin held senior level human resources positions at DSC Communications, McKesson Corporation and Pepsi-Cola North America.

O’Loughlin earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Technological University, and his master’s degree in business administration from University of North Texas.
