Finkenstaedt and Myrick Get New Responsibilities at ProBuild
Denver, CO (August 23, 2007) ProBuild Holdings Inc., the nation’s largest professional building materials supplier, has announced the appointment of George Finkenstaedt to the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Formerly serving as the company’s Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Finkenstaedt will oversee all mergers and acquisitions for the company and will report to Paul Hylbert, ProBuild’s Chief Executive Officer.
“M&A continues to be a key strategic initiative for ProBuild moving forward,” said Hylbert. “With 25 years of building material experience as well as his extensive contributions to M&A efforts while at Lanoga and Wickes, George will positively impact our short and long-term growth goals.”
Bill Myrick, Senior Vice President Strategic Initiatives, will add Supply Chain to his area of responsibility. Bill has had extensive experience in this area and will work closely with Darin Hildreth, Vice President of Supply Chain, to develop a more cost advantaged procurement and logistics process.
